Tim McGraw and Faith Hill recently took their Soul 2 Soul World Tour 2017 to Washington, D.C., and Tim ended up having a mini-political moment during the show.
Tim’s recent hit, “Humble and Kind,” was written as a song full of advice for young men and women as they start to make their way in the world. There are wise lines about not cheating, stealing or lying, and holding the door for people and saying, “Please” and “Thank you.”
It’s a message we don’t often hear in our nation’s capitol these days, but the crowd at Tim’s show was singing every line of the song in the clip
Once they got finished singing the song, Tim said, “I hope they’re listening down the street.”
Now, that’s a bipartisan message we can all get behind.
As for Tim and Faith’s music careers, they’re releasing their first-ever duets album, “The Rest of Our Life,” due out Nov. 17. The title track is the duo’s latest single, and it’s co-written by one of the biggest names in music, Ed Sheeran.
